We are aware of our responsibility towards business partners, shareholders, employees and the public. In order to meet this requirement, even against the backdrop of an increasingly difficult regulatory environment, we have developed Compliance guidelines which, together with the rules of conduct based on them, provide not only legal but also ethical guidance. The Compliance Guidelines contain the fundamental and binding rules for conduct within Uzin Utz as well as towards business partners, shareholders and the general public.
